Built in Miami for the businesses that keep it running
HeyBreez AI started with a simple observation: small businesses lose more revenue to missed inbound calls than almost any other single failure point. We set out to fix that, one voice agent at a time.
Why we started
Karim spent several years building go-to-market systems at a mid-size business-services company before founding HeyBreez. What he kept running into: the biggest pipeline leak for local and regional businesses was not the ad spend, not the website, not the CRM. It was the phone call that rang while the owner was on another job, or at 10pm when the front desk went home.
The existing solutions were either expensive enterprise telephony products that required six months to implement, or IVR trees that drove callers away. Neither was built for a 10-person HVAC company or a two-location dental practice.
HeyBreez was incorporated in Miami in 2024 to build the product that type of business actually needs: a voice agent that sounds like a real person, sets up in under 5 minutes, and integrates with the tools already in use.
"The phone is still the highest-intent channel most small businesses have. When a call goes to voicemail, that lead does not wait."
Karim Malhas, CEO
The people building HeyBreez
A small, focused team with backgrounds in distributed-systems engineering, phone-based sales operations, and go-to-market for service businesses.
Karim built go-to-market systems for a mid-size business-services company for several years before founding HeyBreez. He focuses on product direction, customer relationships, and the underlying business problem the product solves.
Priya brings a distributed-systems background to the voice stack. Before co-founding HeyBreez, she built real-time audio pipelines for communication tools and worked deeply in telephony infrastructure and LLM speech stacks. She leads technical architecture and is accountable for call quality and sub-two-second answer latency.
Marcus spent several years managing phone-based sales teams at service businesses before joining HeyBreez. He joined to ensure the product solves the problem from the rep's point of view: how calls are fielded, what gets lost in handoffs, and why most SMB teams never close leads that came in after hours.
How we approach the work
The call comes first
Every product decision starts with the experience of the person who picked up the phone. If it does not make that call better, it is a distraction.
Setup should be fast
A dental office should not need an IT contractor to deploy a voice agent. If it takes more than 5 minutes to go live, we have not finished the product.
Honest with customers
We do not claim accuracy numbers we cannot support. We show real call outcomes, real transcript samples, and let customers decide if the product delivers.
Built for real businesses
Our customers are plumbers, dentists, lawyers, and shop owners, not enterprise IT departments. Every feature we build is vetted against that user, not a Fortune 500 procurement team.
