Billing questions answered
A call minute is billed from the moment your agent answers to when the call ends, rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds. If the agent is in a hold state waiting for a transfer, that time counts. Calls shorter than 5 seconds (robocalls, false rings) are not counted.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
Overage minutes are billed at $0.12 per minute for Starter, $0.09 per minute for Growth, and $0.07 per minute for Scale. You can set a hard cap in your account settings if you prefer the agent to stop answering once the limit is reached, rather than incur overages.
